Description

Wage Determination No. 2005-2521, Rev. 13, dated 06/13/2012 RFQ Video Monitoring System Statement of Work (SOW) 27 Jul 2012 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and the reference number is LGCAF-20120814. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60 and DFARS change notice 20110724. The Offeror must quote on an all or none basis. Written quotes are required (oral offers will not be accepted). Submission of quotes must be in accordance with FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial Items. Award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 13.106-2. Please include CAGE Code, DUNS, Tax Identification Number, FOB Point, Discount Terms and Delivery Date (see attachment, RFQ - Video Monitoring System). Quotes must be valid through 30 Sep 2012. This is a 100 percent small business set aside. The NAICS Code is 561621 and the size standard in number of employees is $12,500,000.00. This is a brand name or equal requirement for the following: Item 0001 - 1 EA: Video Monitoring System The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, parts, material, tools, supplies, transportation and any other items necessary to perform and complete the installation, programming, and testing, and training of Video Monitoring System equipment requirement IAW the Statement of Work dated 27 Jul 2012 and Wage Determination No. 2005-2521, Rev. No. 13, Dated, 06/13/2012. For monitoring all common areas on 3d floor of BLDG 126, Lackland Training Annex.
