Description

The Cincinnati VAMC has a requirement for Deionized Water Services to be provided by contractor under this contract shall include furnishing preventive maintenance, parts, labor, intervening service calls/emergency repairs transportations, lodging, technical telephone assistance, expert supervision and all other allied costs required to maintain and repair the hemodyalisis equipment. Equipment is located at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 3200 Vine Street, Cincinnati, Ohio, 45220 in strict accordance with all specifications, provisions, and clauses of this solicitation. This notice is provided for informational purposes only. This acquisition will be solicited pursuant to Small Business Set-Aside under PL109-41. The Small Business contractor is required to perform a minimum of 51% of the work on the project. This does not include paperwork, submittals, etc. NAICS Code 333319/$500 million. It will be available only via the FedBizOPs website (www.fedbizops.gov). All Offerors MUST be registered in the System for Award Maintenance (SAM). Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package, as no paper copies will be furnished. INTERESTED PARTIES ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO REGISTER TO RECEIVE NOTIFICATION OF ACTIONS INCLUDING POSTING OF THE SOLICITATION AND ANY AMENDMENTS. HOWEVER, OFFERORS ARE ADVISED TO CHECK THE SITE FREQUENTLY AS THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING AMENDMENTS. The solicitation will be made available after August 14, 2012. Offerors will need to click on the RFQ VA250-12-Q-0691 solicitation in order to download the solicitation documents. Submit all questions to the Contracting Officer,Mary Lu Gilbert, in writing to: VA Medical Center, Contracting Office, 260 East University Ave., Cincinnati, Ohio, 45219 or via email at marylu.gilbert@va.gov by September 2, 2012, 2:00 p.m. EST. The response date for this solicitation is September 14, 2012 by 2:00 p.m. EST time. This action is 100 Percent (100%) set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small business concerns (38 U.S.C. 8127). Contractor must be registered in VetBiz.gov Vendor Information Pages. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after closing.
