- Printer specifications of the requirement. A compined synopsi/ solicitation to provide more information about the requirement. This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items: CLIN 0001: (fourteen (14) Industrial Printer For TC Max Bar Codes)* *The Government reserves the right to award all some or none of the products solicited This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ F1R2402198A003. Quotes will be evaluated and an award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factors in accordance with FAR 15.101-2. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) IAW FAR 52.204-7. The Government requires new, unused, non-refurbished products only.This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. North American Industrial Classification Standard 44120, Size Standard $25.5 Million Dollars, applies to this procurement. FOB: Destination for delivery to 7 MXG/ MXOP.
