- ATTACHMENT #2 - DISCIPLINE AND TERMINATION SESSION OUTLINE ATTACHMENT #1 - SAMPLE AGENDA RFQ OPM2612Q0090 - DISCIPLINE AND TERMINATION SESSIONS FOR SUPERVISORY DEVELOPMENT SEMINAR I : FUNDAMENTALS IN FY13 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation number is: OPM2612Q0090 and is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates all mandatory commercial item provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-57 dated March 15, 2012. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 611430 and the small business size standard is $7.0 million. This procurement is restricted, allowing only small businesses to submit proposals. In support of its mission, OPM requires one or more vendors to provide a 1.5 day (10 hour) session titled, "Addressing Performance: Discipline and Termination," to be delivered during approximately (9) open enrollment and (3) single-agency Supervisory Development Seminar I: Fundamentals courses. The audience will consist of approximately 38 Federal employees each delivery. OPM intends to award one or more Firm-fixed Price purchase orders to the contractor(s) that represents the best value to the government. The contractor(s) shall provide all labor, incidental materials, and other services necessary to render services under the resulting contract, see Summary of Requirements detailed below. The period of performance is from the date of award through September 30, 2013. Offerors are invited to submit their proposals to OPM-Contracting Group in response to this notice by 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), August 17, 2012. Only e-mailed requests for additional information will be accepted at Shannon.Kennedy@opm.gov through 3:00 PM EST, August 10, 2012. Proposals submitted in response to this notice shall include the solicitation number in the subject line and be signed, dated and submitted via email to Shannon.Kennedy@opm.gov. Communication with other officials may compromise the competitiveness of this acquisition and result in the cancellation of the solicitation and/or exclusion of your proposal from this solicitation.
