Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Activity-8, in support of James A Haley Veterans Medical Center 13000 Bruce B Downs Tampa Florida 33612 intends to negotiate a noncompetitive award under Request for Quotation number VA248-12-Q-2352, with Blue Sky Designs a Small Business to provide customizable mounting system. This procurement is a sole source award pursuant to authority of sections 502 and 503 of Public Law 109-461, the Veterans Benefits, Health Care, and Information Technology Act of 2006 (38 U.S.C. §8127 (b). This notice is NOT a request for competitive proposals. The Government intends to award a fixed price contract in accordance with all terms and conditions of the solicitation. The NAICS code is assigned to this acquisition is 541330 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. Scope of Work: The contractor shall furnish highly customizable mounting system with various adjustment setting capabilities and various plates. The contract performance period consists of: one time purchase order contract for August 8 2012 these dates may be adjusted based upon actual date of award.
