- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for management, supervision, labor, and facilities necessary to perform the services required under Maintenance and Development of the NAS Adaptation Services Environment (NASE) Web Portal. This is a full and open competition. The FAA intends to make a single award from this solicitation. Interested firms are cautioned, that award from this solicitation is based on the availability of 2013 Fiscal Year funds and the FAA reserves the rite to make no award if funds are not allocated or if it is in the best interest of the FAA not to make an award. Any costs associated with this announcement are solely at the interested party's expense. The principle North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 541511 "Custom Computer Programming Services" with a size standard of $25 Million. All interested sources are referred to the attached SIR and attachments. All responses to this SIR must be submitted to the attention of Harry Lutz, and reference the solicitation number DTFACT-12-R-00018 at the following address: Federal Aviation Administration William J. Hughes Technical Center Acquisition and Grants Group, AAQ-610 Atlantic City International Airport, NJ 08405 Interested parties are informed that names of offerors may be posted to the FAA contract opportunities page to increase small business subcontracting opportunities. The date and time for receipt of proposals is 3:00 p.m., Eastern Time, September 6, 2012 (facsimile and email responses are not permitted). Any responses received after that date and time will not be considered. Proposal submissions must be in accordance with Section L of the SIR. If all requested information is not furnished, the vendor's response may be determined unacceptable. Oral or written communications with offerors, during the screening process, will be conducted if the FAA deems communication is necessary.
