- Statement of Work Attachment #1 THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICATION for AUDIO SYSTEMS prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only publication; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a response, which if timely received must be considered by the agency. The solicitation number M6700112Q0302 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60 and DFAR Change Notice 20120724. This proposed acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 333315 and the small business size standard is 500. This solicitation is for Brand Name or Equal items. The Government intends to issue a single award to the lowest price technically acceptable offeror. Audio System CLINN 0001: 87" Smart Board w/ UX60 Projector Qty 14 ea. CLINN 0002: Smart USB Active Extension Cables 16' Qty 28 ea. CLINN 0003: Smart GoWire Smart Board Software Auto Launch Cable Qty 14 ea. CLINN 0004: Smart Audio Speakers Qty 14 ea. CLINN 0005: CPA Audio/Data Cable & Hardware Qty 3 50ft sections CLINN 0006: Installation Qty 1 ea.. See Attachment 1: Statement of Work for requirements details. Period of performance (POP): The contractor shall provide a proposed performance schedule (not to exceed (NTE) 5 business days). This is in support of Marine Corps service Support Schools, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina 28542.
