Description

The United States Postal Service awarded a Design/Build Competitive GMP type contract for the Los Angeles Customer Contact Center located at 7001 South Central Ave, Los Angeles CA90052-8698. Contract #104267-12-B-0003 has been assigned to this effort. The award is renovation efforts associated with the renovation of existing 50,000 SF space. Total construction will be completed by January 7, 2013. The work consists of selective demolition and new construction. All work is noted on the plans and specifications issued by the Postal Service request for proposal. Subcontracting goals for this project are: Small Business 40.80%, Minority Business 4.80%, and Women Owned Business 7.70%.
