- Statement of Work Terms and Conditions THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION AND INTEREST FROM COMMERCIAL VENDORS FOR THE REPAIR OF LAND MOBILE RADIO EQUIPEMENT. IT IS ANTICIPATED THAT THE GOVERNMENT WILL USE A BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT TO MEET THE REQUIREMENT TO REPAIR LAND MOBILE RADIO AND EQUIPMENT. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is for market research to determine the availability and adequacy of potential sources to satisfy the recurring requirements of repairs to land mobile radio and equipment. The Government is contemplating awarding a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to meet the radio repair requirement. The Government's determination on how to compete the proposed requirement will be made based on responses to this notice and is at the sole discretion of the Contracting Officer. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. IT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, SOLICITATION, OR AN INDICATION THAT THE GOVERNMENT WILL NECESSARILY CONTRACT FOR ARTICLES AS A RESULT OF THE EVALUATION. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT PAY FOR INFORMATION RECEIVED IN RESPONSE TO THIS RFI. Responses to this notice should include: 1) A written narrative of contractors' capability/specifications to provide the requested items and ; 2) Company size in relation to the applicable North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) 334220; 3) Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code; 4) The socioeconomic status of the company, i.e., small business concern, 8(a) business, HUB Zone small business, small disadvantaged business, woman-owned small business, veteran owned small business, or Service disabled veteran owned small business; 5) Point of Contact information to include name, email address, telephone and fax numbers. This information will be used only for market research purposes. Responses shall be e-mailed to the Contract Specialist, Mr. Thor Vue at Thor.Vue@beale.af.mil. All responses must be received no later than 12:00 pm Pacific Standard Time on 21 August 2012.
