Description: Starting on or after August 23rd, the Naval Supply Systems Command Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis, a Repair Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) for the Targeting Sight System (TSS) used in support of the H-1 Helicopter under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, œOnly one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This is not a small business set-aside. The anticipated ceiling amount for this agreement is$40million with a five year ordering period.
