- This pre-solicitation notice is for A/V Internet & TV Services for the 99th RSC Fort Dix, NJ 08640. The award will be a fixed price contract, with a primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 517110, size standard of 1,500 employees. The solicitation will be posted on or about 6 August 2012 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. THE QUOTE DUE DATE WILL BE LISTED IN THE SOLICITATION. Prospective Contractors must be verified on Central Contractor Register (CCR) and Online Representations & Certifications Application (ORCA). The due date will be stated in the solicitation estimated at 10 AUGUST 2012 12PM East Coast Time. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-59. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Internet site, www.ccr.gov, under the appropriate small business category and NAICS should be registered on ORCA Internet Site https://orca.bpn.gov/.
