- Description
- The Technology Applications Program Office (TAPO) at Fort Eustis, VA, intends to procures the development of a new circuit card set for the Digital Intercommunication System (DICS) Intercommunications Unit (ICU) and conducts the qualification testing required to meet Army Safety of Flight (SOF) requirements. The Contractor will conduct field research to determine the noise characteristics that require suppression and develop new test software to cancel out these noises in the DICS system. This notice of intent is not a request for a competitive propsal, however, the Government will consider all proposals received by the specified due date IAW FAR 5.203(a). A determintation by the Government not to compete this acquisition is solely with the discretion of the Government.
