Description
SCA Wage Determination Performace Work Statement This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation, FA2517-12-T-6059, is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-60. This procurement is procured as other than full and open competition. The NAICS code is 611420, Computer training with a size standard of $7.0 Million. A single award will be made as a result of an evaluation of the quotes received. The specifics of this procurement are as follows. CLIN Description Quantity Unit of Measure 0001 Microsoft Course 6425C: Configuring and Troubleshooting Windows Server 2008 Active Directory Domain Services 1 EA 0002 Microsoft Course 6426B: Configuring Identity and Access Solutions with Windows Server 2008 Active Directory 1 EA 0003 Microsoft Course 6421B: Configuring and Troubleshooting a Windows Server 2008 Network Infrastructure 1 EA 0004 Microsoft Course 6433A: Planning and Implementing Windows Server 2008 R2 1 EA 0005 Microsoft Course 10135: Configuring, Managing, and Troubleshooting Microsoft Exchange Server 2010, SP2 1 EA 0006 Microsoft Course 6418: Deploying Windows Server 2008 1 EA 0007 Microsoft Course 6435: Designing Windows Server 2008 Network and Applications Infrastructure 1 EA 0008 Microsoft Course 6436: Designing Windows Server 2008 Active Directory Infrastructure & Services 1 EA The period of performance is one year from date of contract award. See Attached PWS (att 1) for additional course information. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items (Jun 2008), applies to this acquisition. All firms must be registered in Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) at https://wawf.eb.mil at time of quote submittal. DUNS, Cage Code, Tax ID, and Terms & Conditions shall be submitted with the quote. All firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database at www.ccr.gov in order to be considered for award. Multiple offers will not be accepted. The provision at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items (Jan 1999), applies to this acquisition. Award will be made to the lowest priced offeror meeting the technical specifications. To be considered technically acceptable the quote must reflect the requirements specified in the Performance Work Statement. Contractor shall be an authorized Microsoft partner and must submit a staffing plan with their quote.
