- Brand Name Justification for an Oshkosh T3000 bumper turret This is a posting for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3Z1522130A001. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-60, Effective 26 July 2012, DPN 20120524 effective 24 July 2012, and AFAC 2012-0330, effective 30 March 2012. This acquisition is a sole source requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811113. The business size standard is 750 employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 2590. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 7537. The proposed Brand Name Justification is Oshkosh Corporation., 2737 Harrison St, Oshkosh, WI 54901-1663. A Brand Name Justification letter to Oshkosh Corporation has been attached to this solicitation. Travis AFB intends to award a purchase order for a Front Bumper Turret Assembly. Clin 0001- Item: Front Bumper Turret Assembly, FXD OSC NA 300, Item Description: Feecon Fixed Oscillation Air Bumper Turret, 300 GPM (1135 LPM) at 200 PS1 (14bar) Non-Aspirating tip, bronze waterway construction, pneumatic with electric controls, automatic oscillation (setting adjustable from inside box), 12 Volt DC power. Part Number 2164250 Quantity: 1 Please provide the unit cost for these items. Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none. Please provide quotes valid until 30 August 2012.
