- Description
- The Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, 1481 W 10th Street, Indianapolis, Indiana intends to solicit and negotiate with only one (1) source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) for the Battle Creek VAMC Grand Rapids Vet Center #403, Readjustment Counseling Services in the Kalamazoo, Michigan catchment area. The Government believes that only one (1) responsible source can provide the services that will satisfy the agency requirements. The issuing solicitation will be for a Firm-Fixed Price, Base plus Three Option Year Readjustment Counseling Services Contract for Veterans with psychological and /or social problems arising from their military service that are impairing the veteran's post-war readjustment to civilian life. The VA anticipates issuing a solicitation for this requirement on or about August 21, 2012, with a closing date for proposals on September 3, 2012. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. Responses received on or before September 3, 2012, will be considered. To be eligible for consideration, contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration data base at www.ccr.gov. The NAICS Code is 621330, and Size Standard $7 Million.
