- PWS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-13-Q-0077 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-58, Defense Circular Number 20120522, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2012-0330. This procurement is being issued as a 100% small business set aside. The Associated North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code for this request is 811310 with a size standard $7.0 million or less. The results of this requirement will be a firm fixed priced (FFP) contract. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. Items called for by this RFQ have been identified in the schedule by brand name or equal. The contractor shall provide the following Contract Line Item Number (CLIN): CLIN 0001- The contractor shall provide all tools, parts, equipment, materials, transportation, personnel, labor, supervision, and management necessary to perform Aircraft Wash Rack Maintenance and Repair services for the 355th Equipment Maintenance Squadron on Davis-Monthan AFB (DMAFB), AZ. The washrack consists of a Water Maze CLP filtration system, 2 each Water Maze water blasters and 4 each VHG5-30024H Compact, Natural gas-heated hot water pressure washers on the aircraft washrack CLIN 0002 - For non-routine replacement parts as needed. NO NOT QUOTE THIS CLIN. CLIN 1001 - Wash Rack Maintenance - First Option (Oct 2014-Sept 2015) CLIN 1002 - For non-routine replacement parts - First Option (Oct 2014-Sept 2015) CLIN 2001 - Wash Rack Maintenance - Second Option (Oct 2015 - Sept 2016) CLIN 2002 - For non-routine replacement parts - Second Option (Oct 2015 - Sept 2016) CLIN 3001 - Wash Rack Maintenance - Third Option (Oct 2016 - Sept 2017) CLIN 3002 - For non-routine replacement parts - Third Option (Oct 2016 - Sept 2017) CLIN 4001 - Wash Rack Maintenance - Fourth Option (Oct 2017 - Sept 2018) CLIN 4002 - For non-routine replacement parts - Fourth Option (Oct 2017 - Sept 2018) Site Visit: One site visit will be held for all prospective bidders on 17 Aug 2012 at 10:00 am Arizona Local Time.
