Description

Provide Labor, Materials and Equipment to Re-Line Complete Set of Bronze Cutlass Bearings Consisting Of Four Sizes. Bearing Shell Sets Shall Be Provided As GFM and Were Manufactured By Johnson Duramaz With The Following Dimensions: 8-7/8" ID, ~ 11-1/4" OD, 20" Length, 15-3/8 " Flange; 9" ID, ~ 11-3/8" OD, 33-1/2"Length, 14-1/4" Flange; 9-1/8" ID, ~ 11-1/2" OD, 34" Length, 14-1/4" Flange; 10-1/4" ID, ~12-3/4" OD, 38-1/2" Length, 15-7/8" Flange. Re-Lining Shall Be Full-Molded Oil Resistant Nitrile Rubber Meeting Mil-B-17901c (SH) Class II Bearing Specifications. Shells Preparation Shall Include Removal Of Existing Rubber Lining And Surfaces Preparation To Ensure Specified Adhesion. GFM Bearings Are Split Type and Have Been Machined From the Original Outside Dimension. Relining Price Shall Reflect All Cost Associated With Jigs And Set-Up Required For Re-Lining Of Non-Standard Shells. Include Shipping Of GFM FOB Destination US Moorings Warehouse, 8010 NW St. Helens RD, Portland, OR 97210-3655. The Contractor Shall Have Ten (10) Weeks To Deliver From Original Shipping Date. Include Freight Cost From and To The U. S. Moorings, 8010 NW St. Helens Road, Portland, OR 97210-3655.
