- Special notice Naval Criminal Investigative Services (NCIS) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price, Sole Source purchase order for the Naval Criminal Investigative Service to Sirchie at 100 Hunter Place Youngsville NC 27596, The agency ™s requirement for brand name only Crime Supplies. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. This is not a solicitation for competitive quotes. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order/contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement.
