Description: Justification Form COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION COMPUTER AND ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. a. Solicitation Number HQ002821370001000 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates the following with the word "quoter" substituted for "offeror". b. Provisions and clauses are those in effect through both Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60, effective 26 July 2012 and DFARS Change Notice 20120724. c. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside, associated with NAICS Code 423610, and small business size standard of 100 EMP. d. Description: Note: THIS ITEM IS ITEMS UNIQUE TO MANUFACTURER - PLEASE FILL IN ALL UNIT PRICE AND TOTALS. The two different models of Toner Taps (TGT4-23 and TGT8-32) are required to support the stock level of these items in the existing Overseas Contingency stock. Like items are required to maintain the quality of taps currently in use in all of the DMA contingency locations around the world. The quality of materials used in the manufacture of these taps and output tolerances provided by the Toner products ensure that distribution levels of the DMA services remains within the industry standards.
