- Request for Quotations DU205NC-12-Q-0013 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition (FAR) Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Section 203(k) mortgage program is HUD's primary program for the rehabilitation and repair of single family properties for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Santa Ana Homeownership Center (SAHOC).covering the following: Geographic Area California counties: Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, Inyo, Mono, San Diego and Imperial California counties: Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, Fresno, Kern, Madera, Merced, King, Tulare and Ventura California counties: San Francisco, Alameda, Del Norte, Contra Costa, Humboldt, Lake, Marin, Mendocino, Monterey, Napa, San Benito, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Solano, Sonoma, Alpine, Amador, Butte, Calaveras, Colusa, El Dorado, Glenn, Lassen, Modoc, Nevada, Placer, Plumas, Sacramento, San Joaquin, Shasta, Sierra, Siskiyou, Sutter, Tehama, Trinity, Tuolumne, Yolo and Yuba States of Arizona and Nevada State of Washington States of Idaho and Oregon States of Alaska and Hawaii To find out how to become a 203k consultant, read HUD Mortgagee Letter 00-25 and How to Become an Approved 203k Consultant visit: http://portal.hud.gov/hudportal/HUD?src=/program_offices/housing/sfh/203k/203khow Here is the link to the list of 203k consultants both approved and terminated consultants. https://entp.hud.gov/idapp/html/f17cnsltdata.cfm Contractor is allowed to subcontract out any orders to qualified inspectors located in the vicinity of the property to be inspected. Upon contract award, and throughout the award period, the contractor must be, or, have on staff, at least one (1) FHA-approved 203(k) consultant. The U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is issuing Request for Quotations (RFQ) number RFQ DU205NC-12-Q-0013. This is a 100% Small business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 531320 and the size standard is $2 million average receipts during the last 3 years. Services provided by the Contractor under this contract shall be secured by the issuance of delivery orders placed in accordance with the Purchase Order. The proposed purchase order has a base period of one year, and four one-year option periods.
