- Purchase Request 0046451260. This solicitation will contain NSN 5855-01-519-4171, Lens Assembly, Focus. Request for Proposal SPM4A6-12-R-0767, is for a Firm Fixed Price, Definite Quantity Contract for a quantity of 1550 EA. A 100% option will be included. Export Control Applies. Solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set Aside utilizing Full and Open Competition limited to sources that are small businesses. Delivery is FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Quantity variance is plus/minus 0%. The requested delivery will be 146 days ARO. There are no approved sources for this procurement as items are manufactured in accordance with an open and competitive drawing. NSN is not a Critical Safety Item per SAP review and Joint Services Critical Item Data Viewer on August 3, 2012. NSN is not a commercial item. The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price and past performance. A Subcontracting Plan is required. Formal Cost and Pricing Data is required. EEO clearance is not required as the dollar threshold has not been met. Progress Payments are not included as conditions at FAR 32.501-2(c) have not been met. Synopsis was posted to Federal Business Opportunities on August 3, 2012. Solicitation issue date is August 17, 2012. Solicitation closing date is September 17, 2012. The estimated award date is October 12, 2012. The solicitation will include provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction.
