- Past Performance Statement of Work Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ); as solicitation number is H92240-12-R-9008. A Firm Fixed Price contract is contemplated. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-60 effective 26 July 2012. North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) 541511 with a Standard Business Size of $25.5 million applies to this procurement. Description of items required: See attached Statement of Work (SOW) document. All quotes must be received via E-mail no later than closing date: 31 August 2012, 12:00 PM PST. No extensions will be granted. All responsible businesses may submit their quote and shall be considered. Submit inquiries regarding this solicitation no later than Aug 17, 2012. Email is the preferred method of communication. No telephone inquiries will be received. Any resulting contract will be Firm Fixed Price.
