- SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS FOR B-1, OA-37, F-22, F-5 Components USG B-1, F-22 & Foreign Military Sales (FMS) OA-37 Aircraft Department of the Air Force, Air Force Materiel Command, AFLCMC/EBHKB PURPOSE/DESCRIPTION This is a Source Sought Synopsis announcement, market research for information only, to be used for preliminary planning purposes. This market research is being conducted to identify potential sources possessing the engineering and manufacturing knowledge for these B-1, OA-37, F-22 unique components used on the USG B-1, F-22, & FMS OA-37 Aircraft. No proposal is requested or accepted from synopsis. This is not a solicitation for proposal and no contract shall be awarded from this synopsis. The Department of the Air Force Materiel Command, AFLCMC/EBHKB, Hill AFB is conducting a market survey for the following requirements; National Stock Number Part Number Name Qty 1377012698060ES 1175-20 CTG, WORK TABLE THRUSTER 32 1377011376037ES 1010-5 INITIATOR, DELAY 40 1377011376038ES 1129-1 INITIATOR 7 1377015153487ES 12357100-1 CARTRIDGE, EED SINGLE BRIDGE WIRE 157 INSTRUCTION Provide relevant experience to include performing engineering, manufacturing, inspection, and testing of similar items listed above in the last 5 years. Company Profile will include the following: A. Number of employees. B. Office Location C. CAGE Code D. DUNS Number E. Small Business designation/status claimed No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow up information requests. The Government has very limited technical data to provide to potential offerors. The Government does not have funds available to support second source qualification efforts. Offerors must possess access to all appropriate data. UPCO CA has the capability and drawings for the items listed above, and the government does not own or have the rights to use the data required to manufacture this device.
