- PR 0046141081, NSN 1670-01-329-8010, Sling, Rescue, Helicopter. Manufacture in accordance with Breeze-Eastern, CAGE 08484, P/N 14578-1. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to this procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The solicitation will result in a definite quantity contract for a total quantity of 318 each. Required production lead-time is 225 days. FOB at Destination. Inspection/acceptance at Origin. Item is sole source. Item is of critical application and is a Flight Safety Critical Aircraft Part. Configuration control applies. Item is a Navy Critical Safety Item (CSI). Export Control Certification is required. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP.
