Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VAMC Manchester, 718 Smyth Road, Manchester NH 03104 intends to issue a Design/Build contract for the upgrades to Building 5 at VAMC Manchester. The project scope includes but is not limited to provide all labor, services, equipment, supplies, supervision and transportation necessary to replace the roof and upgrade the emergency electrical services, as outlined in the project plans and specifications. The North American Industry Classification System NAICS) code is 236220. The size standard is $33,500,000.00. This solicitation will be a Request for Proposal and will be issued as a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside. The solicitation issue date is approximately August 17, 2012. The project magnitude is $25,000 to $100,000. The solicitation will result in a firm fixed price contract. Firms must have a current registration with Central Contractor Registration at http://www.ccr.gov and be verfied by the Center for Veterans Engerprise at http://www.vetbiz.gov at the time of submission of proposal and at the time of award of contract. Contractors must also have Certifications and Representations, ORCA, at http://orca.bpn.gov for their proposal to be considered responsive. The entire solicitation will be made available on the ECMS vendor portal only and vendors must be registered in the ECMS vendor portal to receive all the documentation. A guide has been attached to assist contractors in registering in the Vendor Portal. Hard copies of any documents will not be available. All interested parties are responsible for checking this webiste to ensure that they have the most current information.
