The Contracting Office, Pine Bluff Arsenal has a requirement for 45,200 lbs of Stearic Acid, Technical, powered in accordance with MIL-S-271B dated 4 Jan 2000; Packing level A, 100 lb Fiber drums IAW 5.1.1 of specification.
