- ----------------------------------------------- START OF PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ----------------------------------------------- TITLE: WRP RESTORATION, FEDERAL CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR USDA NRCS MISSOURI (BY-PASS, JONES, PONTING/CARTER) GENERAL DESCRIPTION: AG-6424-S-12-0004; Wetland Reserve Program (WRP) Restoration, Federal Construction Project at the By-Pass Inc. site located in Carroll County, Missouri; the D.W. Jones Farms Inc. site located in Livingston County, Missouri; and the Ponting/Carter site located in Carroll County, Missouri *This Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Government-wide Point of Entry (GPE) posting shall be considered a Synopsis of Proposed Contract Action per FAR 5.003, 5.101(a)(1) and 5.201(b)(1)(i). Furthermore, this posting shall serve as a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Construction Requirements in accordance with FAR 36.213-2. *In no less than 15 days after issuance of this Pre-Solicitation Notice, the Government may release a formal written Solicitation or Invitation for Bid (IFB) as set forth by the tentative milestones detailed below.
