- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), solicitation number F1C0CP2129AC01. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-58. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 334220 and the small business size standard is 750. The Government has a requirement for the following: 0001- QTY: 2 Each URC-200 -- Transceiver (URC 200 V2) & o&m manual only 0002- QTY: 16 Each N-Type Connectors-- Andrew 1/2" LDF "N" male connector 0003 -QTY: 6 Each N-TYPE RG 58 Connectors -- male connector for RG58/U, RG58A/U, RG141 and Ultralink cable. Nickel plated body, gold pin. Crimp center pin, crimp on braid. 0004 -QTY 6: Each RG-58 connectors to make patch cords 0005 -QTY: 4 Each Polyphaser-- Broadband dc Blocked Protector, 0.1 (dB), 50 Ohm, 50-700 Mhz, VHF 375, UHF 125 Watts, 600 V N Female Protected Side Connector, N Female Surge Side Connector, Bulkhead Mounting 0006 -QTY 2: Each PTSH-104 URC Spkr-- Amplified Remote Speaker (Universal Mount) Use cable LSCA-103 through LSCA-108. 0007 -QTY 2: Each LSCA-103A Cable for PTSH-104 Speaker-- Cable for the PTSH-104 Speaker (4ft). * For use with the URC-200 radio only. To URC X-Mode Connector (Plain Text Audio only.) 0008 -QTY 1: Each UEC-220 URC RMT-- Remote Control Unit with 30/90 MHz, 400-420 MHz, Private Line, and 5Khz compatibility. Controls TWO radios. 0009 -QTY 2: Each URE-U-A50-LLL-YY-- Cable for URC-200 to Remote Accessory. LLL=100,YY=10 0010 -QTY 3: Each PRM-500 (V2) URC-200 50 Watt amplifier-- 50 Watt Rack Mount System including Transceiver (URC-200 (V2) Transceiver), AC Power Supply (UAC-350), Interface Box (UIB-100), Rack Mount (URM-100), Handset (PTHS-110), 50 Watt Power Amplifier (UPA-55), Base Station Antenna (UVU-200), and 50 ft Heliax Antenna Cable (URF-B61-050). The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: The provision at 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items. Responses to this RFQ must be received via e-mail not later than 11:00 PM Eastern Time on August 9, 2012. All firms must be registered in the SAM database @ www.sam.gov to be considered for award. All proposals must be directly submitted by the firm registered in SAM that is intended to be the successful awardee. Proposal submitted by another firm on behalf of a CCR registered company with the intention of being award "care of" will not be accepted. Award will be made to the offeror whose quote represents the lowest price technically acceptable offer. Quotes shall include shipping to Tracy, CA.
