- NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, Philadelphia Division, Contracting Department, Norfolk intends to acquire on a sole source basis contractor support from Gupton and Associates Inc. for the Naval Center for Cost Analysis (NCCA) within the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Navy, Financial Management and Comptroller ((OASN) FM&C). The NCAA requires contractor support to host its VAMOSC web application. Gupton and Associates will provide contractor support for two adjoining and locking data cabinets (approx. 36Dx24Wx84H) in a secure, 24/7 access controlled, fire controlled, climate (air temperature and humidity) controlled, camera monitored facility. The data cabinets will house Government owned equipment and should have the capability for cabling to be shared between the cabinets. Requires ample power provided to the data cabinets to support the existing equipments. This purchase order shall be awarded on a sole source basis to the incumbent contractor Gupton and Associates who has expertly supported the NCCA since 2009. The period of performance shall be 1 September 2012 through 31 August 2013. This shall be the only notice as a solicitation will not be issued. The closing date of this synopsis will be 1430, Wednesday, August 15, 2012. The Government intends to issue a single sole source FFP purchase order to incumbent contractor Gupton and Associates. The applicable NAICS code is 541511.
