- Attachment C - Past Performance Questionaire Attachment B - Section 508 PAT Attachment A - Wage Determination Solicitation Attached is a copy of the Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide support to the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) Child Care Communications Management Center. The purpose of this contract is to provide support for technical assistance to CCDF grantees in order to improve their child care delivery system for low-income families. This contract is for the provision of logistical and conference management support for national and regional child care technical assistance activities sponsored by the OCC. The contract also provides communications and technological support for technical assistance provided by the OCC. The contract also promotes federal leadership and supports partnerships to facilitate the provision of technical assistance furthering accessible, affordable, high quality child care. This is a competitive (8a) requirement. The solicitation number is 12-233-SOL-00555 and it is issued as request for proposal (RFP). Please view attachments. Please read the RFP carefully and in its entirety. The corresponding NAICS code is 541611 and the small business size standard is $14.0 million. Technical Inquiries and Questions Regarding Solicitation All questions regarding the solicitation, of a contractual nature or technical nature, must be submitted in writing to Fred Thomas, Contract Specialist, via email at Frederick.Thomas@psc.hhs.gov in accordance with the instructions found under Section L of the RFP by 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time August 7, 2012. PSC will not consider any questions received after that date. Quote Submission Offerors who intend to submit proposals in response to this solicitation must respond accordance with the Section L.2 INQUIRIES/SUBMISSION in the RFP. All offers must arrive NO LATER THAN 3:00 PM EASTERN STANDARD TIME August 20, 2012. Late submissions, modifications, and withdrawals of bids will be processed in accordance with FAR 52.215-1.
