- This amendment is to announce a contractor concern and provide Government answer: Contractor concern (31 July 2012): There are some technical clarifications needed. Drawing 92196A126 plus 3712T31 and PLDAA7249D037 are missing from tech data posted. Also dwg. DAA7249A038 plan list calls for qty 1 each of dwg. DAA7249D054-001 and 003. However there is no 003 shown on any drawings. Government response (1 Aug 2012): Drawings 92196A126 and 3712T31 are vendor drawings (Furnish Code "V") and as such are not provided with the package. It is the responsibility of the manufacturer to get the drawings from the vendor or buy the part directly. The Furnished Method Code Legend at the bottom of the EDL indicates this. Drawing PLDAA7249D037 was not called out on the EDL, is not required, and does not exist. Perhaps contractor meant PLDAA7249A037, which is listed on the EDL. The Government reviewed drawing DAA7249D037 (Cage,Thickness) and this drawing has been cancelled and the Parts List removed. Drawing DAA7249D054-003 is not required for manufacture of the part. The Government reviewed the CITIS information for DAA7249A038 and the Parts List only calls for the -001; although the Parts List Quantity Per Assembly does list the -003. The Government believes this is an error in CITIS. This is supported by the fact that there is no reference of the -003 in the DAA7249D054 Parts List or on the drawing.
