- Description
- Q2: Can you provide a clarification of what ATI stands for on page Annex I-3, Task 1.3, last sentence of paragraph one: "The Contractor shall review a recent IDECO assets register study conducted by ATI" ? A2: ATI is the name of our consultant "Applied Technology International", this consultant was appointed by the three distributors in Jordan to help us in building the assets register. Q3: In reference to tariff methodology, rates appear to be uniform across all distribution systems in Jordan, yet the RFP is focused on developing incentive tariff rates to develop smart grid tariff methodology on the IDECO system. After diligent research, we have not been able to locate the tariff methodology used to develop the current rates - what is the basis? Are these rates developed from an embedded class cost of service; from some marginal rate calculation; etc. Depending upon the design of the current rates, especially the flat rates, superimposing peak, time of day, or other dynamic pricing might create inequities among customers especially the residential customers. Can you provide us a reference, or internet linkage to a document that explains the current tariff methodology? A3: In General there is no written methodology to define the uniform tariff in Jordan, regarding performing this task, the consultant will contact the ERC and discuss the incentive tariff rate to develop the smart grid tariff methodology.
