- The Air Force District of Washington Contracting Directorate, 1500 West Perimeter Road, Suite 2750, Andrews AFB, MD 20762, intends to procure Skyweb Premium Software. This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. FA7014-12-T-3015. The solicitation document; incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-60. The North American Industry Classification System code is 334511 with a business size standard of 750 employees. The proposed contract is a 100 percent set-aside for small business. LINE ITEM 1001: Skyweb Software Maintenance Required Characteristics: Skyweb Premium Hosted Pro Software Maintenance 1 Year of Software Maintenance QUANTITY: 1, UNIT PRICE ______________; EXTENDED PRICE ______________; LINE ITEM 2001: Skyweb Software Maintenace Required Characteristics: Skyweb Premium Hosted Pro Software Maintenance 1 Year of Software Maintenance QUANTITY: 1, UNIT PRICE ______________; EXTENDED PRICE ______________; INSPECTION CONDITIONS AND TERMS : The Government reserves the right to inspect or test any supplies or services that have been tendered for acceptance at the job site by the Contracting Officer Representatives. All items shall be priced FOB Destination in Quantico, VA. FAR PROVISIONS: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items and the applicable Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 applies to this acquisition are as follows: 52.211-6, 52.217-5, 52.252-1: http://farsite.hill..af.mil//, 52.252-5: (b) DFARS (Chapter 2). Evaluation Procedures, The Government select the best overall offer based on price and ability to meet the specifications identified in the requirement. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation; will be the most advantageous to the Government in accordance with the requirement. Only those offerors determined to be in compliance with the requirements as stated in this solicitation will be considered for issuance of a purchase order. Non-conformance with this requirement will result in an offeror's quote being determined unacceptable. FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representatives and Certifications-Commercial Items, ALT I applies to this acquisition and offeror(s) must include, a completed copy with its offer.
