- This solicitation is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/ and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/ While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a sole source effort for 1 (one) Engineering Investigation report, 15 (fifteen) TWT P/N 6155763 rebuilds and 15 (fifteen) TWT P/N 5515317 rebuilds. Firm Fixed Pricing is being solicited. This requirement is being issued as a sole source to Econco Broadcast Service, 1318 Commerce Ave, Woodland CA 95776-5908. CONTRACTORS MUSTE BE PROPERLY REGISTERED IN THE GOVERNMENT'S CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (CCR) AND IN THE JOINT CERTIFICATION PROGRAM (JCP) IN ORDER TO RECEIVE THE SOLICITATION ATTACHMENTS. OFFERORS MAY OBTAIN INFORMATION ON CCR REGISTRATION AND ANNUAL CONFRIMATION REQUIREMENTS BY CALLING 1-888-227-2423, OR VIA THE INTERNET AT www.ccr.gov. INFORMATION ABOUT THE JCP IS LOCATED AT http://www.dlis.dla.mil. THE SOLICITATION ATTACHEMENTS WILL BE POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS AT THE SAME TIME THE SOLICITATION IS POSTED. FEDBIZOPPS MAY BE ACCESSED AT http://www.fbo.gov. INTERESTED CONTRACTORS MUST BE REGISTERED IN THE GOVERNMENT'S CENTRAL CONTRACOR REGISTRATION (CCR) AND IN THE JOINT CERTIFICATION PROGRAM (JCP) IN ORDER TO ACCESS THE ATTACHMENTS. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR 13. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-12-T-0195; is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted FedBizOpps and NECO. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor the FedBizOpps and/or NECO for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award. THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT HAVE A LEVEL III DRAWING PACKAGE NECESSARY FOR COMPETITIVE PURPOSES. IN ADDITION, ECONCO BROADCAST SERVICE IS CURRENTLY THE ONLY SOURCE FORMALLY QUALIFIED TO BUILD, REBUILD OR CONVERT THE SPECIFIC TWT ™S INVOLVED IN THIS EFFORT.
