Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) Office Information Analytics (OIA) intends to issue a near future solicitation for multiple subscriptions to the name brand product iRise OnDemand. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A), and proposals shall only be considered if they offer a solution that provides access to iRise OnDemand. The NAICS code for this procurement is 511210 "Software Publishers," and any potential solicitation will be published via FedBizOpps on an unrestricted basis. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within seven (10) calendar days from the date of publication of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail, to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. Information can be sent to the Contracting Officer, PCAC, 6150 Oak Tree Blvd. Independence, OH 44131 attn: Jonathan Chisholm or via e-mail to jonathan.chisholm@va.gov. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to consider other products/solutions for the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, PCAC OIA will proceed with the name brand requirement for access to iRise OnDemand.
