Description

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Perkin Elmer Health Science, Inc., 710 Bridgeport Avenue, Shelton, CT 064-4750, for continued maintenance on fourteen PerkinElmer laboratory units, including a Victor X3 #20300642; Victor dispenser 1420-2530 # 2996811443; Victor dispenser 1420-2570 #420250052; Victor dispenser 1420-2580 #420256147; Topcount 12 Detector 9912 #424056; Harvester 96 #424057; Injector Module with 3 injectors #299812205; Victor plate readers 1420041 #4207107, 4207430, 4207549, and 4208007; Victor plate reader #20300122; Victor dispenser/injector #420256170; and Proscanarray ht 4 #DG09084343. This is intended to have a partial base year and two complete, one-year options intended to bring all instruments under one coverage order. CDC believes that this requirement is met by only one provider. This procurement will be processed under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Only one responsible source and no other sources will satisfy agency requirements. No solicitation is being issued. Interested persons may use e-mail to identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement before the expiration date of the advertisement.
