- Notice of Intent:Sole Source Prescribed Fire Fees The Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management, Colorado State Office, Lakewood, Colorado has a requirement for Prescribed Fire Fees. Description of Work: All Federal agencies are required to comply with State and local requirements and pay a fee for any activity resulting in the discharge of air pollutants. Every permit application shall pay annual fees regardless of whether a permit was issued, denied, suspended, withdrawn, or revoked, and whether actual burning activity occurred. The requirement above will be satisfied through a sole source purchase order with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment.
