- This is a solicitation for a commercial item prepared under the solicitation number is W912GY-12-T-0043. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333993. This solicitation is [UnRestricted] and open to all qualified offerors to submit bids. The posting of this solicitation is July 30, 2012 and closes August 29, 2012, at 5:00pm EST. In accordance with FAR 5.102(d), availability of this solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium. This procurement is for the purchase of: Qty (1) each, Part Number: HBM86-5H, Automated Box Maker Salient characteristics are included within the solicitation. For this solicitation: Delivery to Sierra Army Depot, Herlong, CA 96113 All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Bid MUST be good for 30 calendar days after close of solicitation. Shipping must be free on board (FOB) destination CONUS (Continental U.S.), which means that the seller must deliver the goods on its conveyance at the destination specified by the buyer, and the seller is responsible for the cost of shipping and risk of loss prior to actual delivery at the specified destination. *** Inquiries: All contractual and technical questions must be submitted in writing through Army Single Face Industry (ASFI) or may be faxed to 530-827-4722, Attn: Jasteena Gomoll or emailed to Jasteena.k.gomoll.civ@mail.mil.
