- The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting proposals for prefabricated concrete grave liners. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary to deliver and install prefabricated concrete grave liners at the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne, MA. The contract performance period is October 1, 2012 through September 30, 2013 with four (4) one-year renewal options. The NAICS Code is 327390 and the size standard is 500 employees. The solicitation will be available for downloading on or about August 3, 2012. Requests for printed copies of the solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer.
