- The Government intends to issue a modification action is for the extension of the contract period from 16 Aug 2012 thru 31 Dec 2012 for the AM General long term Corporate contract, SPM750-01-D-9707 (formally SP0750-01-D-9707). The contract is for NSNs coded sole source to AM General CAGE code 34623 or where AM General is the sole supplier. This project was initiated to ensure continued coverage of the NSNs listed herein while awaiting the award of the replacement sole source Corporate contract initiative for AM General parts. This is a long term contract that is currently scheduled to expire on 15 Aug 2012. Information regarding these NSNs can be obtained from the primary point of contact Melvin Jones ( Melvin.L.Jones@dla.mil). These items will be procured as "ALL or NONE" per NSN. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible potential sources may submit an offer/quote for consideration. Specifications, plan or drawings are not available. All offers shall be in English language and in U.S. dollars. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only the approved source under authority of U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Currently the only approved source of supply is AM General LLC CAGE 34623. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors described in the solicitation. All terms and conditions as indicated in the contract remain the same for the new contract period.
