Ft. (ABOA): 20,834 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 21,460 Space Type: CLASS A OFFICE Parking Spaces (Total): 5 Parking Spaces (Surface): 5 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 5 Full Term: 15 YRS Firm Term: 10 YRS Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: · If contiguous space is not available, space may be split into 13,605 to 14,013 ABOA sf on one floor and 7,229 to 7,447 ABOA sf on another floor. · If offered space is above the ground floor, building to have a minimum of two elevators (one may be a freight elevator) · Two dive equipment/locker rooms to be provided on ground floor. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
