- Combined Purchase Request: 0044790001 & 0045176507, NSN: 1560-00-442-1792, Fairing, Transmission. Part Number: 212-060-801-003. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, therefore, please do not submit requests. Approved source for this item is Bell Helicopter Textron, Cage 97499. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, who will like to submit a proposal on this item, must submit a complete source approval package (SAR). This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-fixed price contract. This is a combined PR and the requirement is for 2 each, Cherry Point, NC (line 0001) FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin for PR 0044790001 and 7 each, Cherry Point, NC (line 0001) FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance Origin for PR 0045176507. The required delivery is 450 days ARO. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. This is a letter Request for Proposal (RFP) IWA Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA). A copy of the solicitation will not be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS). Sole Source per (FAR 6.302). A copy of this solicitation will only be available to requesters by contacting the buyer directly. The solicitation issue date is August 13, 2012. The anticipated closing date is August 27, 2012.
