Description
All firms involved substantially as a prime or subcontractor in creating the 2007 Study relating to Building 29A are precluded from competing for the design work due to an organizational conflict of interest. Here, the organizational conflict of interest cannot be resolved. The contracting Officer therefore, has determined that it is in the Government’s best interest to preclude firms that were substantially involved as a prime or subcontractor in the creation of the 2007 study relating to Building 29A, from competing for the design work. Accordingly, the attentions of prospective Offerors are directed to FAR Subpart 9.5 – Organizational Conflicts of Interest.
