Description

The Iowa City VA Medical Center in Iowa City, Iowa is amending solicitation VA263-12-Q-0873 to add to the scope of work below. -Carbon exchange tank that is currently being exchanged quarterly. -There are quantity 3 needed of.2 post filter cartridges and only quantity 1 is listed. -There are quantity 2 UV bulbs and sleeves needed and only quantity 1 was listed for both. -The water analysis is listed as RO pretreatment sample but I would recommend that be RO product water. The quote remains the same date and time (7/26/12 @3:00 pm CST).
