- FLC, Philadelphia intends to purchase software/hardware maintenance renewal for BreakingPoint Chassis for 1 year on a sole source basis from Breaking Point Systems, Inc. of Austin, TX. Breaking Point Systems, Inc. is the only source able to satisfy this requirement because they own the data rights to the source codes. Any firm interested in this requirement should submit a technical capability statement to FLC, Philadelphia within two days of this announcement. Such information should be addressed to the attention of FLC Code 0290.1G. The government shall not pay for any information submitted. The applicable NAICS code is 334119/1,000 Employees.
