- U.S. GOVERNMENT - Immigration and Customs Enforcement General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Maryland City: Salisbury Delineated Area: Starting at Route 13 and W. Naylor Mill Road, West on W. Naylor Mill Road to Goddard Parkway; South on Goddard Parkway to Marvel Road; East on Marvel Road to Northwood Drive; South on Northwood Drive to Route 13; South on Route 13 to East Main Street; East on East Main Street to Route 12; South on Route 12 to 394;North on 394 to Route 113; North on Route 113 to Route 50; West on Route 50 to Route 13; Continue West on Route 50 to the Route 13 Bypass; Continue North on the Route 13 Bypass to Route 13 Business; Continue on Route 13 Business back to W Naylor Road and Route 13 (Point of Beginning). Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,354 - 6,672 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Reserved): Six (6) Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Additional Requirements: The Government requires space on the first floor. Submission Requirements: Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing and should include the following information at minimum (This is not an invitation for bids or a request for proposals): • Ownership information, including name, legal address, and form of ownership (LLC, Corp, etc); • Building name/address; • Location of space in the building and date it will be available; • ANSI/BOMA defined office area/useable square feet (ABOA SF); • Rentable Square Feet (RSF) offered and rental rate per square foot, specifying services, utilities, and tenant improvement allowance included; • Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized contact; • In cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, written acknowledgement; • Permission to represent multiple owners for the same submission. Authorized Contacts: GSA is using a tenant broker to represent the Government in lease negotiations for this transaction. In no event shall a potential offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning a space to be leased with representatives of any Federal agency other than the authorized officers and employees of the General Services Administration (GSA) or their authorized representative UGL Services Equis Operations. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be located within a 100 or 500 year flood plain.
