- Department of Veterans Nation Organizational Development Center, Cincinnati, Ohio, has a requirement for a Statistician/Researcher. Duties include instrument and protocol development and planning meetings, telephone conferences, and document exchange for the 2013 All Employee Survey (AES) administration, continue analysis of final 2010, 2011 and 2012 AES results, analyze factor structure and convergent validity of the OAI (Organizational Assessment Inventory) portion of the 2012 AES administration results, Continue longitudinal analyses relating 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012 AES OAI results to external databases quantifying employee- and patient-related performance outcomes and develop station number and Central Office crosswalk for 6 survey years (2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012) to allow longitudinal tracking of AES results and administrative data used as outcomes. Vendor must have a doctoral degree in a research related field. NAICS Code 611310/$7.0 million. All Offerors MUST be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and VetBiz databases if applying as a Veteran Owned business. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package, as no paper copies will be furnished. INTERESTED PARTIES ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO REGISTER TO RECEIVE NOTIFICATION OF ACTIONS INCLUDING POSTING OF THE SOLICITATION AND ANY AMENDMENTS.
