Description
Wanted to Lease by USDA REQUIREMENT: The United States Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency in Sycamore, Illinois, is interested in leasing approximately 4,000 rentable square feet of office space, together with 25 on-site paved parking spaces. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 3,400 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of first class, high quality office space. Preference will be given to first floor space and exisiting office buildings. The Government Will Not Pay For Any Costs Incurred As A Result Of This Advertisement. TERM: The lease term will be a maximum of 10 years not to exceed 09/30/2022. The Government may terminate the lease in whole or in part by giving at least 120 day notice in writing. DELINEATED AREA: To be considered, the building location must be within or fronting the following boundaries: -North: beginning at the intersection of Freed Road and N Peace Road, head North and East to the intersection of N Peace Road and N Main Street. -East: beginning at the intersection of N Peace and N Main, head South to State Street, then head East to Airport Road, then head South to the intersection of Airport Road & Bethany Road. -South: beginning at the intersection of Airport & Bethany, head West to the intersection of Bethany and DeKalb Avenue. -West: beginning at the intersection of Bethany and DeKalb Avenue, head North and East to the intersection of DeKalb Avenue and Peace road, then north to the intersection of N Peace Road and Freed Road. OCCUPANCY: Space to be ready for occupancy by December 1, 2012 or three (3) months after lease award whichever is later. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1. Building name and address or Site location and address 2. Location of space within the building 3. Rentable square feet offered and full-service rental rate per square foot 4. ANSI/BOMA Usable square feet and the Common area factor 5. Amount of onsite paved parking available 6.
