Combined Synopsis/Solicitation No. P12PS25383 Amendment 0001 July 24, 2012 Project Title: Scott Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus Parts Description of Changes: This amendment serves to change the small business set-aside to full and open competition. This is a brand name requirement. This solicitation is open to all business concerns. Offers must acknowledge receipt of this amendment and all other amendments prior to the hour and date specified in the solicitation or as amended by one of the following methods: 1) Signing and dating this amendment and returning with offer; 2) By acknowledging receipt of this amendment on each copy of the offer submitted; or 3) By separate letter or telegram which includes a reference to the solicitation and amendment numbers. FAILURE OF YOUR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT TO BE RECEIVED AT THE PLACE DESIGNATED FOR THE RECEIPT OFFERS PRIOR TO THE HOUR AND DATE SPECIFIED MAY RESULT IN REJECTION OF YOUR OFFER.
