Description
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Procurement Operations (OPO), Science and Technology Acquisition Division (STAD), specifically, DHS, Science and Technology Directorate (S&T), Chemical and Biological Defense Division has a requirement for The Association of Public Health Laboratories (APHL) to provide a comprehensive quantitative assessment of the Nation's laboratory capacity for analysis of environmental samples for B. anthracis (BA) contamination and strategic planning by the Integrated Consortium of Laboratory Networks (ICLN). Interested parties may identify their interest by responding within 15 days after this announcement with a capability statement, which documents capability and experience in providing assessments and strategies.
